UPS - United Parcel Service:
|
| Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska,
Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS 3 Day service - Approx. 3-5 Business days
delivery from shipping date. Other options include UPS 2 Day service, 2
Business days delivery, UPS Next Day service and 1 Business day delivery.
A signature is required for all UPS & FedEx shipments upon receipt.
Packages cannot be re-routed or picked up from UPS or FedEx.
UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal
Service)
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be shipped via UPS 2
Day or UPS Next Day, but not via UPS 3 Day service". (Please allow up to 3
Business days for delivery.)
For orders shipped to an address within the continental USA, rush orders
(1-day and 2-day shipping) are normally shipped on the same day* if placed
before 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday and Friday before 10:30 am (Eastern
Standard Time), and 11:30 am (Daylight Savings Time). |

Truck Delivery:
|
| The exceptional odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be
shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight). Please allow 5-8 business
days for delivery to 48 states. The states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico
can anticipate 10-14 days for delivery. |

notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed. |

Shipping Charges:

| Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and
destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only. Some
orders are shipped in multiple parcels. |

Shipping Rules & Policies:

| US Customers: DvStage will ship to your home, your place of
business, or another residence address. International Customers: shipments
will be made to your home, to your place of business or to a USA residential address.
Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Please be aware that shipments via UPS are usually noticeably faster and
are easily tracked online. In our experience, UPS has been very responsive
should a package go astray. For most of their shipping options, UPS has a
guaranteed delivery time. |
